I have always felt
most at home in the kitchen. This is where I learned to roll out pie crusts with my grandmother, and make pasta for
the masses with my mom. It’s the place that has always connected me to the people in my life.
Years of cooking for family
and friends led me back to school where I earned a degree in culinary arts from Western Culinary Institute in Portland, Oregon.
After school I decided to head south to the food and wine epicenter…Napa Valley. Here I had
the fortune of working as Concierge and Private Events Manager for Thomas Keller at his top rated The French Laundry
After years in the Bay Area I decided it was
time to head home. Upon my arrival home to Seattle I was greeted home by a kitchen full of nieces and nephews that loved
being in the kitchen with me. That’s when I knew it was time to get back to what I love most…
